15 minutes - Free

Initial Nutrition Assessment

In our initial nutrition assessment, we will discuss your journey & relationship with food. We will work together to create goals and set up a schedule of follow-up sessions.

75 minutes - $200

Follow-Up Sessions

After our initial session, we will use this time to work towards the goals we set, developing the tools, and strengthening the skills you need to rebuild, reframe, and restore your relationship with food.

55 minutes - $175

Nutrition Education & Cooking Demonstrations

We offer engaging and interactive nutrition services tailored to community and corporate settings. Whether you're looking to educate your team on practical nutrition strategies or host a cooking demonstration, our services are designed to inspire and empower participants with actionable insights.
